When you contact us or ask for rental text messages, we collect the name, mobile number, and email address you give us, plus anything you include in your message. We do not collect payment details on this website. Rentals are completed on each store's own rental site.
How we use it
We use your information to answer your question, service your rental or account, and send the account and rental text messages you asked for.
Text messages
Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of renting. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help, or call (888) 711-6050.
No mobile opt-in or text message consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us operate — for example the messaging platform that delivers texts, or the rental software at the store you choose. They may use it only to provide that service to us. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
We keep information for as long as it is needed to service your account and to meet legal and record-keeping obligations, then we delete it.
Your choices
- Stop texts at any time by replying STOP.
- Ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by calling (888) 711-6050.
- Contact each store directly about a rental agreement you signed with that store.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
