Projects are delivered as operating stores. Nothing is listed for rent until it is genuinely open.

Leasing, listings, access, and day-to-day operations at every store we own. Renters transact online.

How we run a store
The standards we hold everywhere.
- Access
- Every open store is 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We do not set an open store back to office hours.
- Renting
- Rentals are completed online on each store's own site, so nobody waits for an office to open.
- Listings
- Name, address, phone, hours, and rent links are kept accurate on every store, because a wrong pin does not convert.
- Construction
- A site under construction is never marketed as open and never carries a rent link. See Development.
